Jafari: Iran Missiles Can Hit Tel Aviv

TEHRAN (IRNA) - Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Major General Mohammad-Ali Jafari said yesterday that Iranian missiles can strike all parts of Israel.

Talking to reporters, he said that the Iranian missiles would hit the entire Israel if Tel Aviv regime ventured into Iran attack.

The Islamic Iran is capable enough to give a crushing response to its enemies, the IRGC commander emphasized.

“We are not responsible for foolish acts by the Zionist regime and other enemies,” he said.

When the enemy is faced with high number of missiles fired by Iran, it would have no response to such heavy magnitude reaction, Jafari said.

The enemy should know that the time is over to pose military threat to the Islamic Republic of Iran, he said, adding that the enemies are well aware that bigger their threat to the Iranian nation would make the people of Iran more united.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is not scared of the Zionists’ military threat, he reiterated.

Referring to Iran’s peaceful nuclear activities, he said the enemies are against the country’s nuclear progress. They can not accept a nuclear Iran, the IRGC commander noted.

Voicing readiness of the IRGC personnel to safeguard the Islamic Revolution and the national aspirations, he said the IRGC is in satisfactory status thanks to great progress in the past several years.

He stressed that the IRGC forces are in full alert to thwart conspiracies of domestic and foreign enemies.

On security of the Persian Gulf, the IRGC commander said his forces along with the Army of the Islamic Republic are providing the full security of the Persian Gulf and the Hormuz Strait.
